By making a booking, you agree to adhere to the following terms:

  1. Exclusive Use

    • The field is available by appointment only, ensuring exclusive use during your booked slot.

  2. Booking Times

    • Bookings are for 50-minute slots starting on the hour, allowing a comfortable 10-minute changeover between appointments.

  3. Parking

    • One car may park inside the paddock. Please use the dedicated parking and turn-around area to enter and exit securely.

    • Three additional parking spaces are available outside the field. If using these spaces, all dogs must remain on leads until safely inside the secure paddock.

  4. Changeover

    • Leave the field at least 5 minutes before the end of your session to avoid overlap with the next booking and reduce the risk of dogs meeting.

    • Please ensure you have your dog on lead or in your car before the 50 mins for a smooth change over.

    • It is your responsibility to close the dog park gate properly. The paddock is enclosed with 1.8-meter fence. If your dog(s) can jump higher than 1.8m, then it will not be secure enough for you.

  5. Public Footpath

    • A public footpath runs alongside the entrance field near the parking area. Please keep your dogs on leads and be mindful of members of the public using the path.

  6. Noise Considerations

    • Be considerate of neighbours by ensuring your dog does not bark excessively or cause other disturbances.

  7. Late Arrivals

    • If you arrive late, your booking will still end at the scheduled time to allow subsequent users their full slot.

  8. Field Occupancy Issues

    • If the field is still occupied at your allotted time, contact Joanna at 07788 877889.

  9. Health and Vaccination Requirements

    • Dogs must be in good health, fully vaccinated, and up to date with worming, flea, and tick treatments.

    • Fully vaccinated puppies are welcome. Rescue dogs arriving from abroad must wait 14 days after entering the UK before visiting.

    • Do not bring dogs showing signs of illness (e.g., coughing, diarrhoea, vomiting, or lethargy).
